看到版友有這樣的遭遇,讓我想跳出來說一下自己的想法
我是台中店的員工,不過不是專門負責推車的
但是最近偶爾會去支援推車的同事
所以推車的狀況我大致上都了解
今天在結帳區的時候,我就遇到了四次
會員問說可不可以拿結帳區推車的狀況
先說我後來的結果,我四個會員都給他們車子了
雖然都會告知會員,這是一進一出,給了你們後面的會員就會沒車
但是會員們也是說樓下都沒車了,只好來這邊推
聽到這句話我就直接都給了
那後面會員沒車的話怎麼辦?
我也只能硬著頭皮去找出來
我想說的部分,不在於這件事情的對或錯
畢竟我知道假日人很多很多的時候
一樓入口處是可能會沒有車子的
地下停車場就幾乎不可能會沒車
只是大部分都散落在各地,或是推車集中擺放的區域
講一下推車人員的狀況好了
剛好原文的推文中有版友提到,可能是人手不足之類的
台中店的推車約莫一千台
其實數量再增多也沒有太幫助,因為賣場根本擠不下這麼多台車
一千多台都進去賣場的結果就是,動彈不得
推車這種工作是很耗費體力的,尤其那些男性員工
每天要去拉那些車子七八個鐘頭
每個班次可能只有三個或四個同事在做這件事情
要將停車場的推車集中,送到一樓或二樓
要送到二樓的原因就在於結帳區的推車不夠
這就回歸到一進一出的問題
當有很多人都在結帳區拿推車,自然就需要很多人去補車子
另一方面,推車人員要不斷的去賣場周圍
回收那些被會員放置在各個角落的推車
假日有時候出去繞一趟,一收就是一百多台
有的丟在門口,有的放在對面騎樓下
還有的放在公園裡,如果大家都隨著自己的方便
推車亂放,當然再多人去回收也來不及
回過頭來說,我今天也遇到很多次會員要結帳
結果推來的車子不見了的狀況
然後一堆商品就擺在結完帳的機台旁邊
沒有車子,只好問會員給他箱子可以嗎
會員不滿意,只好想辦法去隔壁機台問問有沒有多的車子
都沒有的,只能讓機台等,等到這個會員的車子找到了
或是把後面會員的商品先送上輸送帶
把車子給前面的會員使用
然後得到後面會員的一陣詢問
「你把我車子給他,那我要用什麼?」
這種情況到了假日就會不斷發生
所以只能跟大家說,假日如果要來逛的話
在地下停車場看到有推車,就先推了吧
如果要買的東西不多,就不要推了
人很多的時候,真的會覺得推那台車很想打人
如果有購物袋,就大方的拿出來使用吧
如果看到穿的反光背心的推車人員
就多體諒一下吧
不是領人薪水的,就沒有表達意見的權利啊
服務業不是這樣的,只是我們都忘了
還有,假日如果需要紙箱,逛的時候看到有空的
建議就可以先拿進來放車子裡了
結帳區的箱子通常都會大缺貨
一切都只是有感而發
尤其當前幾天才去推車受難回來
感觸特別深
