我是買長柄直徑30公分的平底琺瑯鑄鐵鍋 其實很少用。
最近幾次拿它來燉東西(番茄燉牛肉)，
即使是開最小火如果不常攪拌
鍋底都會有焦黑的情況
請問這款鍋子是否不適合燉煮東西？
問題是我炒菜蓋上蓋子悶一下(也是小火)
中間的部分也是焦掉了
現在這個鍋子對我來說是個麻煩物
