昨天去高雄中華店在cheese櫃看見英國熟成乾酪即期特價
本來一公斤599，現在一公斤97

這塊本來350，現在只要57
這個吃義大利麵用刨刀削了灑在上方很好吃
做麵包或燉飯也都可以加，重點是太便宜了
這種熟成乾酪水分低，本身就偏硬，用力掐也不太變形
所以打算放冷凍，反正用的時候就是要刨，沒差～
剩下的不多，需要的人可以去看還有沒有
（新搬過來的cheese冷藏櫃那裡）
