現在因為沒有美國牛了，前一陣子去買了澳洲牛的梅花肉
想說拿來弄成咖哩牛肉，應該很適合
結果~~超柴的耶！！天哪，我現在還有大概半盒左右還冰在我家的冷凍庫
先前買美國牛的嫩肩牛肉回來，然後切成小塊，先煎過，再下鍋熬咖哩
味美多汁，超好吃的~~~~~~~可是，現在買不到了
有大大可以推薦那現在去costco買牛肉，有哪些是值得推薦的嗎？
肉質比較嫩，適合乾煎或煮咖哩牛肉的，謝謝各位！！
