話說要減肥
所以除了晚上吃自製的減肥餐之外
看到大燕麥對身體有益
就請認識的人幫我先搶貨
二話不說 馬上來個料理分享
1.桂格燕麥片約250g(依照各人想吃的量多寡0
2.雞胸肉50g 先燙熟 撥絲切塊都可以
3.醬油少許
4.胡椒鹽
5.鹽
6.蔥花
7.滷海帶一片 切好備用
8.滷豆干一片 同上
9.青菜隨便啦
方法:
1. 麥片煮熟 不要燙太久,之後瀝水撈起備用(麥片水不要倒掉 等等的湯底)
2. 將煮好的麥片放進去果汁機攪碎,麥片水適時加入 以免太稠腳不動
3. 麥片糊再放進鍋裡 適時加入麥片水 有種廣東粥的感覺囉
4. 加入雞胸肉 以及海帶 豆干 攪拌均勻
5. 醬油 胡椒 鹽巴個人喜好添加 最後灑上蔥花即可
口感真的超像廣東粥 因為經過果汁機這個手續 連小孩都可以吃呢
或是老人家牙口不好也能食用 下次再來分享新創作的料理
甜的口味我也做過 但是尚未改良到好吃 好了之後再分享
希望買了麥片的人 都能創作出好的料理 要不然這麼大一包 要吃到什麼時候
