國泰世華是說：他們家那張卡聯名卡是唯一可以在costco刷的VISA卡
同時costco一直以來都是可以接受AE卡刷卡
所以中國信託失去聯名卡的權力，就發行了一張AE卡去搶客人
除了中國信託的AE卡，其他家銀行發行的AE卡也是一樣可以去costco刷
