上星期去COSTCO晃晃，本來沒打算要買什麼回家，
經過麵包區時突然發現有一個新玩意，
就是「綜合莓卡士達千層蛋糕」，其實就是鬆糕（trifle），
因為一直都只有聽過而沒真的嚐到味道，
於是買了一盒回家，反正才299元而已。
上面滿滿的莓果，有蔓越莓、藍莓和一種我不知道的莓子，
裹上一層草莓果醬，口感很豐富，有硬的有軟的，還有入口即化。
從側面看，第一層是打發鮮奶油，第二層是海綿蛋糕，第三層是卡士達奶醬，
第四層是莓果及果醬，第五層則是海綿蛋糕
如此用湯匙往下一挖，便可吃到各種味道，有酸有甜還有綿密的及紮實的口感，
吃起來很過癮。
