最近很愛用Costco的冷凍生蝦
用起來超方便~去頭剝殼連沙都已經幫忙挑掉了
可以做蝦披薩、蝦鹹塔、蝦沙拉......
再來是臺產的大芹菜,拔絲後切斷炒又脆又香
葉子的部份芹菜味很濃,還可以拿來煮→南瓜濃湯

蝦子稍微清洗解凍一下,醃米酒和胡椒後開始處理芹菜
芹菜去掉葉子拔絲,留下中間較嫩的部份切段
大蒜爆香,將芹菜和蘿蔔炒熟,蝦子最後放炒熟即可
挑過沙的蝦子用起來超方便,雖然偶爾會有一些殘留,可以在醃米酒的時候順便挑掉
熱炒準備起來很快速~上桌後要趁熱吃才新鮮
