最近退貨風波鬧得沸沸揚揚，突然想到八月中買的奶粉跟以往買的不一樣
明顯奶粉有塊狀，之前買的三四瓶都沒有這個情況
但是一忙就忘記去退貨，二來是因為沒有退貨經驗
最近看板上這樣怒退86%，想說來個善意退貨應該ok
不過今天去嘉義店，跟小姐說我八月中買的奶粉有點受潮的感覺，我想要退貨
他跟我說一定要有商品，他們才可以跟廠商退貨
這跟我在網路上看到的情況不一樣，我就再問另外一個小姐
得到同樣的回答...
求解，是不是我太客氣了太好欺負？
