這種罐頭湯品真的很方便,溫熱後即可享用,當點心或宵夜還是正餐的湯品都很不錯!
打開罐頭,蕃茄酸酸的香味撲鼻而來,裡面還有馬鈴薯、高麗菜、(小小的)牛肉塊..
加料版羅宋湯:
1. 蕃茄劃十字用叉子插著在火上烤到皮翻起。
2. 去皮的蕃茄切丁,高麗菜切碎,放鍋中用少許水煮軟。
3. 倒入一罐羅宋湯,攪拌煮至沸騰。
再灑點洋香菜就很美囉!
心得:
真的蠻好喝的!裡面吃得到不少蔬菜,但是牛肉真是又小又硬。
整體來說口味偏酸,如果自己再加蔬菜去煮,口味會變比較柔和。
還有,這一次都得買半打,如果沒人跟我分,我大概暫時不會想再買了吧。
因為我下次想試試其他口味的湯!
