借自己的訂單再問一下
下了moosejaw訂單, 因為想要換顏色, chat了客服
結果東西好像太快處理, 無法換色, 也還沒有追蹤碼
客服就寄了一個Fedex Ground return label, 走退貨流程
因為國外退貨較麻煩, 是否不理這件事, 保留貨品就沒事了
目前疑問是狀態還是在In Process, 不曉得會不會出追蹤碼讓我報給轉運商?
