Burberry 風衣 防潑水處理 - 品牌

想請問有沒有人拿過burberry風衣回櫃點做 reproof 處理的？
這幾天發現風衣有污漬點
我自己用肥皂水稍微搓了一下 污漬是掉了
但是發現在淋到雨的時候 那一小塊地方也很快就濕了

寫信給客服
說我可以拿回櫃上做處理
想知道流程時間跟費用～ 謝謝
