Brita濾水壺要"先濾後煮",跟我的作法剛
剛好相反,真是大吃一驚.網友提到它的壺
裏會有細菌,所以煮完再濾,反而會受到污
染.它網站上的Q&A是這樣寫的:

Silver has long been known for its bactericidal properties and the activated
carbon used in the Brita Cartridge has a special silver treatment (called
"bacteriostatic") so that the growth of bacteria in the Filter Cartridge is
safely inhibited during the entire period of use, and, as long as the water
in the jug stays in contact with the Cartridge, it remains hygienically safe!
However, after 48 hours of non-use, it's just good common sense to replace
"flat" water.
大意是說,濾心有經過"銀"處理,所以可以防止
細菌生長.但是經過48小時以後的水就不能用了.
