※我們之前都很欣賞bit的商品，雖然東西瞞貴的，但因品牌一再強調品質，述給人的
感覺也是有質感，所以在發生這件產品標示不實前一直很相信bit的品質。
※大家最近有沒有發現有用，K扣頭或金彈簧身的手鍊，手鍊的文字敘述已經默默改成了
包K金，卻沒有公告說明她之前標示有誤？

但是後來收到後發現他並不是純k金 而是包金扣 因此朋友有找賣家理論並且想要退貨
對方也答應他可以退貨 而朋友也要求賣家在fb上公告她標示錯誤的問題 賣家也說好

※一開始已詢問有關商品的問題，而給的回應是純K金的扣頭，因為同學媽媽比較有這方
面的常識，我們在購買後才發現K金扣頭和K金珠其實都是包K的 （有關包K的知識都可以
在Google查詢gold filled）。簡單的說，純K金和包K的價差很大，因此得知自己所購買
的產品出問題的時候，真的很令人失望，於是就與老闆娘協商後續的處理方式。大家請注
意! 有買到彈簧手環的人買到的也都是包K 非整支純K金，別被誤導了!
她回應其他消費者也都回整個是K金的，很容易誤導大家！

※後續的退款過程很混亂，原本以為簡單的退貨取款的動作，卻要經過再次的審核，因為
我們退回去的手鍊，她還要想再次賣出…所以她堅持他的立場：雖然商品標示不實，但只
要下過水，她不能再賣出，她就不給退款，只給下次購買打95折。討論時也理直氣壯的用
消基會的明文標示來解釋他標示不實的產品為何下過水就不能讓我們退款，也一直拿同理
心與氣度之詞來說我們，但說真的，我們那麼多人的錢就這樣被騙了，想退款的人也不想
再買了，只想退款，之後她說她釋出了最大誠意，下過水不能退，給了下次9折購物，經
過了幾小時後，他的態度有了180度的轉變，退款不用退貨，另一個還有一份訂單的同學
，他未匯款的訂單也給打了7折。（其實我們原本的只是希望寄回商品，希望能換成純的K
金扣就好）
※另外在K金扣的事情發生後，我的同學也提出了另外一個疑問。極簡X奢華系列出現之前
就有一條未用K金扣的手鍊的鍊身跟極簡_白一模一樣，同樣是用月光石、海藍寶與金珠，
但那條價格是750元，而極簡_白卻要1250元。 老闆娘給的回覆是因為使用K金扣，所以價
格高出許多。但在這次K金扣事件中我們得知他包K扣一組進價一百多，那請問極簡_白標
價多出的三百多元{1250-(750+1xx包金扣頭)=3xx}是不是有些不合理？而且說實在，包K
的扣頭真的很便宜，上國外製造包K的網站查詢相同的1/20 14K GF包金扣頭，一組大概只
要台幣不到30元…嚴格算起來bit用的是12KGF所以還會更便宜…而純K金扣頭的價格到銀
樓去問大概一個5mm不含環的大約380~500元的都有。

※因為之前手鍊上註明的K金扣頭問老闆娘得到的回應都是純K金，因此我們很高興的買下
喜歡的手鍊，覺得使用純K金扣，那個價格是合理的，但買了之後才發現是包K的。雖然經
過長時間的討論，有拿回退款，但無論是不是有意欺騙，她答應給大家的公告與解釋文卻
遲遲沒出來，最後也硬生生的說原本敘述就沒有欺騙消費者的意思，因為包K含K金，但純
K與包K兩者價差與差異真的非常大!! 非常怕其他消費者再次被誤導，我們也很不想讓之
前購買的人權益受損，所以希望把整件事的經過寫下來並公開談話內容，也請大家買東西
前真的看仔細，不要白白浪費辛苦賺來的錢！
