11/1我使用Skynet退貨給ASOS,
也馬上寫信告訴ASOS有退貨,ASOS回信:
""It can take up to 21 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays,
for your return to arrive with us. As soon as it does,
we’ll check it to make sure it’s okay,
arrange a refund for you and send you a confirmation email within 48 hours."
11/7 ASOS也已收到貨物,
但因沒有退款,所以我寫信去問,
ASOS的答案變為:
We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2012.
Orders placed from 1st November 2012 can be returned for a replacement
or refund up until 23rd January 2013 and are subject to our Returns Policy.
我寫信告知ASOS客服
東西已退,也到ASOS,退貨時也說是21天內就會處理,
客服人員回覆要我給proof of purchase
我給了order號碼,Skynet號碼,收件掃描證明和最原本ASOS的回覆
請問到底要如何才是所謂的proof of purchase?
我已經來回十幾封信了....
感覺他們想耗到明年才肯退款.
