ASOS退款方式? - 海外購物

大家好
我八月初用信用卡在ASOS購買了一件衣服 但因尺寸不合 決定退貨
物品寄回後 ASOS也在8/13發信表示已收到退貨
信上附上一段英文
"Any funds due should appear on your bank statement
within 5-10 working days (Please note that refund times are
dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control)"
我當初是用信用卡付款 那他退回來的款項要怎麼匯到我戶頭?
根據上面這段英文 我應該早就要收到退款 但是一直沒有....
我現在應該要怎麼來追回我的錢呢?? ASOS的講法就好像不關他們的事了...

請有過經驗的人 可以幫忙指點一下嗎 現在很苦腦....
