事情是這樣的
11月底的時候訂了一雙UK 11皮靴
上禮拜收到的時候是錯的尺寸UK13
立馬拍了吊牌當附檔寄了客訴信去問看看能不能換貨
因為小弟沒有換貨的經驗
花了些時間爬文換貨教學、換貨單也填好了正準備過幾天連絡skynet來收
就在這個moment!!!客服回信了!!

覺得超怪 又寄了一次信去問說我到底需不需要退貨

挖賽!!是有沒有這麼快
這樣是不是代表ASOS懶的幫我換貨想直接寄一雙新的給我呀!?
這種情形常見嗎?還是內部錯誤? 因為爬文好像都沒有看到這樣的情形
一種聖誕節聖光的概念嗎(艸
嗚嗚如果是這樣我一輩子都願意在那裏消費了
