ASOS寄信來說取消訂單,結果卻出貨了 - 海外購物

25號收到ASOS寄來的信
說取消訂單並退款,上ASOS網站看那筆訂單狀態也顯示取消
Hello,

We’re writing with an update about your recent order 212802982.

We’re sorry to let you know your order has been cancelled due to a tech
glitch.

As we haven't debited your account, you won't see a transaction on your card
statement. The funds may be removed from your available balance for a short
time, but will become available again.

We understand this isn’t the news you were hoping for. If you still want the
items and they're still in stock, please order them through our website as
normal.

結果今天在上去看,發現這筆訂單出貨了....

因為訂單取消原因我又重新下標
等於是買了2次同樣商品
3筆訂單都出貨了...

結果要選擇退貨
退貨頁面卻沒有那筆訂單....

這到底是什麼情形??
第一次在ASOS購買東西就中標...

客服提醒,結果回我缺貨叫我避開缺貨下單,於是訂第

三次,結果第三單先通知出貨,隔天又通知第二單出貨

兩單都追蹤的到,打算若都收到,辦退貨附客服回信
要求他們負擔退貨的運費。
