去年12/20下了筆訂單,
因為尺寸問題,
隔天請客服幫我取消,
客服23號回信說會幫忙取消,
沒想到當天訂單卻變成配送中…
過了幾天狀態都沒有改變,
於是我又寄信給客服,
26號回覆:
I'm getting in touch to let you know the details of your refund. I've arranged
for your refund to be made to the payment method you used to place your order
. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the money can take 5-10 working days
to appear in your account.
