Thanks for contacting us about your Order. We are currently experiencing an
increased volume of e-mails which is unfortunately causing delays to our
usual speed of response. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience
this delay may cause. Rather than keep you waiting, we thought we would drop
you an email with some information we believe may answer your query.

If you have emailed about receiving a faulty or incorrect item:



Firstly, we’re really sorry to hear you have not received your order in the
condition we would have hoped.



If you’re emailing from within the UK, there is a Freepost label already on
your Returns Note, which means it won't cost you anything to send the item
back to us. If you require a new Returns Note, please click here. Please
attach the label to the front of your parcel, fill in the section on the
Returns Note then put the note in your parcel when you send it back. It’s
also important that you get proof of posting from your Post Office when you
send it back, so if it goes missing in the mail you can show us you sent it.
Please send the parcel back within 28 days. Returns can take 7 working days
to reach us.



If you’re emailing from overseas, please use the sticky address label from
the front of your delivery note when you send the item back to us. When you
have sent the product back, please complete the attached form and fax it
along with the postage receipt to +44 1442 835 850. Please return the parcel
back to us within 28 days. Returns can take 14-21 working days to reach us,
depending on your location. The timeframe you can expect can be found on
your Returns Note. If you’re unable to locate it, please click here to
print a new one.



As soon as your parcel arrives, we'll take a look at it, and then arrange
your replacement (as long as the item is still available) or issue your
refund within 72 hours (it'll take 5-10 days to appear in your account). We’
ll send you an email to let you know that we have processed your return. If
you have already sent your item back and are awaiting confirmation from us,
please allow 14 working days from the date you posted it to us, for it to be
processed.

以傳真給他們 由他們出。大概等兩到三禮拜寄到
