ASOS recharge打電話問資料的安全性 - 海外購物

我昨天收到ASOS一雙寄來的鞋子
可是發現鞋盒識破的 白色的鞋子也髒髒的
於是寫信去抱怨 (感覺像是退貨回來沒檢查過就再拿出來賣)
客服也很阿莎力的說要退費 請我把鞋子寄回去
不過後來上去看發現我的尺寸已經缺貨了
而且寄回去的郵資不知道拿不拿得到
所以寫信跟客服說因為沒尺寸無法重訂 就不辦理退貨了
因為還沒收到退款 請它們直接停止處理退款手續
這是它們的回信

意思應該是說因為已經處理我的退款手續了
所以如果我要留著鞋子他們會重新請款
但是它們沒有儲存客戶的信用卡資料
因此請我回覆一個適合的時間它們會電話與我聯繫

我想請問版友有沒有類似的經驗 如果在電話中告知卡號感覺很不保險
