ASOS 退款問題 - 海外購物

大家好:)

我在12/13下單後 隔天覺得SIZE不合取消

寄信給他們要求退款

到了12/17有幫我取消

ORDER STATUS 確實變 CANCELLED

我是用VISA扣款消費的

但打到銀行問 我已經被扣款了

後來我又寄信給他們說 我未收到退款

結果收到以下回信:

Hello,

Thanks for getting in touch regarding your refund on order 136371496.

I can see that a refund was issued to your Visa that you made the original
order with on the 19 December 2014.

I am sorry it hasn't appeared on your account yet. It has been transferred to
your account and if you can contact your bank and give them this
bank response code: 918292 they should be able to locate your funds for you.

另外 我前幾天又手滑選錯SIZE 但有及時CANCELLED

現在看銀行 是消費圈存的狀態

爬文是說要等30~40天

所以這是確實取消 也會在將來還給我的吧?

那第一個ORDER呢QQ?
