無論新舊帳號,放上新卡號都會先預刷1塊以驗證卡片有效,
這1塊錢不會請款,只是確認可以刷而已,
你的狀況,打電話去銀行問比較能釐清問題,
照Amazon的說法,是銀行拒絕授權,
因為帳單資訊不符。
看到你說申請"新的"帳號,
原本的不能用嗎?
有時候,也有可能是紀錄不好被鎖帳號,但很少數就是了。
