剛收到回音，看來只能退錢 不能替換了

可能是我英文不夠好 裡面的英文退還方式有些許不太明瞭

可以幫我看一下 返還的程序嗎

（例如寄回物要包含原本的物品外 還要包含原本裡面的單子?! 和
原來外面的紙盒嗎？要用啥方式寄回？用國際包裹寄行不行？）
