我已經交涉很久了

但是沒辦法取得這物品

所以問Amazon有無賣家保護機制

進行 A-to-z Guarantee Claim


然而現在接到賣家從Amazon發的信

和海關交涉等等動作都要由買家我來做


而想申請這賠償機制

意思是我這樣是網路詐騙

而他們要告我方

說我違反ferderal law


請問這樣的話有什麼參考資訊
