Amazon DHL東西被扣在印尼雅加達海關 - 海外購物

老實說，
是收件人的問題@@

海關所產生的稅金，
是收件人這邊要負責的，如果因為關稅等問題而造成無法遞送，

這跟寄件人一點關係都沒有的。

寄件人，跟快遞公司，都只是幫你負責寄達，
這種情況根本無法預知。

每個國家海關國情不同，應是收件人自己最了解才是。

你這筆最後Amazon應該會仲裁，
但結果應該很難說，要申請信用卡爭議款的話，應該會曠日廢時。
要有心理準備。
