allsaints認證的問題? - 海外購物

昨天晚上向all saints下單 原本還好好的

今天下午家人說接到一通她聽不懂的電話

剛剛官網就傳了一封信 好像是說要我 寄掃描護照或者駕照給她們

我怕誤會他的意思 請問板上有沒有人有過相同情形 麻煩大家了

原文如下:

I just called your home line number but the quality isn’t very good as I
couldn’t hear you. The line was very quiet. I have tried calling your mobile
number but you are not answering.



Could you please send in a copy of your I.D – a passport scan or driving
license to complete this security check – to everyone in this email.

這邊是說要我掃瞄護照或者駕照給她們嗎? 但我沒有護照

掃描駕照給她們她們看得懂嗎? 還蠻令我懷疑的!!
