AF訂購問題 - 海外購物

今天朋友收到AF的信件 如下:

Order Date: 10/24/2007
Order Number: 6664032

above. If you feel this cancellation is in error, please contact us.

然後朋友說信用卡有扣款了 不過怎麼會寄出這封信件呢?

因為我跟他都是第一次嘗試訂購AF 之前訂購AE都很快速又方便 沒有這方面問題
所以想請教各位大哥有訂購過的 如果遇到此問題是要取消重訂購還是怎麼處理呢?
