他原文是說

at a 90-degree angle. Start at the middle of the back of your neck

amd mesure over your shoulder and down your arm to your wrist.

意思是說

手放輕鬆 把手放在屁股上 然後手肘呈現90度

拿尺 從背後脖子正中央開始量 經過肩膀 再量到手腕


這樣量的意思 是要估計手彎曲後不會袖子變太短 我猜啦

那他的尺寸是inch喔 小心不要像強者我朋友量半天的公分找不到自己的size XD
