AE出貨問題詢問 - 海外購物

由於最近訂購AE

AE也通知已經出貨了 信都發給我了
但網頁一直都沒有看到追蹤號碼
於是我寫MAIL去問
結果他回我這個

At the time your orders were placed,
we were experiencing technical difficulties.
As a result, your orders were cancelled.
The problem has been corrected and you orders will need to be replaced

我想請問的是她回信的意思是表示我的訂單被取消
叫我重新訂購，
但是他都已經出貨了 還有可能真的取消了嗎

不知道有沒有人遇過這種情況呢

備註:
我進入AE我的帳戶後，
看那些訂單也都顯示每樣商品SHIPPED啊
這樣還是會被取消嗎????
我是4/18AE寄出的，只是到昨天都看不到追蹤號碼所以寫信去問
以前都是沒多久就顯示追蹤號碼，這次比較久 所以覺得很怪
