I made a lot of orders from Abercrombie and Fitch, and also received a lot of cancellation notices from A&F.
The cancellation notice always is
We are unable to verify the information provided for your order referenced above. Your credit card/giftcard has not been charged. If you feel this cancellation is in error, please contact us.

I think my information provided is correct and sufficient for verification.
I tried to know why and post an article to ask people who had purchased the product of A&F before in International Shopping BBS board in Taiwan.
And a lot of people said they had the same experience with me.
We can’t figure out Why purchasing the clothing of A&F is so difficult? And we never face this situation before when we bought other popular American brands like American Eagle, MLB shop, levis…etc.
I know you have the brand protection policy and you have the right to refuse the transactions. But I think it’s over-protective than the physical store. If u can’t make the international shopping comfortable just like the physical store, why u admit the purchasing overseas online?
I’m a student from Taiwan’s University. And lots of my classmates love A&F.
One of my classmates had the same experience with me, and she said she was suspected by A&F for resale because of the order contents. Actually, that is because the international shipping price is quite high for us so we made the order in the same lists and offered the address of our friends who is studying in America, then we can get the clothing when he/she back.
