今天收到信用卡帳單
居然沒有PayPal $1.95元的扣款@@
重新登錄我的PayPal帳號去作認證查看

請問一下 這是不是表示 PayPal基本上已經接受我的卡了
但是發卡銀行那邊還沒把錢轉出去？
我是該打電話去發卡銀行問嗎？
另外文中提到的 Expanded Use Number: (four digits)
是不是就是傳說中我該在信用卡帳單上看到的4碼數字呀？ꄊ
那麼我該在PayPal系統內做什麼讓他從我的信用卡扣款 或是直接找我的發卡銀行嗎？
不好意思 因為是信用卡新手 英文又未夠班
所以都不太清楚
