請問一下half.com - 海外購物

請問一下ebay旗下的half.com是不是不提供跨國買賣？


最近ebay的store inventory的FVF費用漲價了，FVF從8%調到10%
刊登費由0.02美元提高到0.05美元
（怎麼都沒人抗議啊？最近ebay釣魚的信還真不少，一點服務品質都沒有）

這對賣CD, DVD, 書籍, 遊戲的人應該算是很大的衝擊吧？
我想知道搬到half.com去賣是否可行？
還是half.com抽更多啊？

兩個站的說明文字一樣多，簡直不知從何下手..
