我在官網上訂購之後 想寄到位在california的朋友家

但是從以前直到目前的動態是

請問一下 我有問我朋友 2號包裹照理說已經到達的時候

她公寓的manager否認收到 或是否認有這個人(收件人的姓名是我親戚 人在台灣

美國朋友是幫忙代收)

然後包裹就跑去local post office

接下來 包裹又跑去BELL, CA

這是代表包裹要退回去abercrombie倉庫?

現在這個情況要怎麼辦?最慘的情況是包裹不知道會流落到何方?
