第一次遇到這個問題，所以來請教一下版友
我在10/7時下單，10/8下午就收到客服來信告知：
“We regret that your recent order has been cancelled as our Finance team were
unable to verify the details.
We would suggest you re-submit your order ensuring the billing address has bee
n entered correctly. This must be the address the card is registered to.
Payment for this order will be refunded to your card and should reach you with
in 3-5 working days.”（今天是10/14）
之前取消訂單的經驗是款項會被預扣（那筆錢在我戶頭不能動的意思）
但這次並不是，銀行客服表示這筆款項「官網已經拿走囉」
但是！！！
剛剛看了網路銀行發現被扣款
致電銀行客服，客服表示「對方已經請款了」
想問有其他人也遇過這種情況嗎@@？
我下單的網站是MAC的英國官網
所以應該不存在詐欺問題......
不知道有沒有人也遇過這種情況QQ
