上星期五我在日本mont-bell官網下單後，
收到客服寄來的信件，
內容提到：
In order to ship to your address, we need to confirm your order information with
your credit card company.
Depending on the operating hours of the company, this process may take some
time. We will ship your order after we get confirmation.
To proceed this confirmation, please let us know your name as it is written on
your credit card (in alphabets).
請問這是要自行知會信用卡公司核准，還是等他們回覆即可？我的認知是他們會連絡信用卡公司，耐心等待即可，但又有點怕是要自行連絡再通知他們@@a因爲已經過了好幾天了…
