急問 PAYPAL帳號被鎖 2 - 海外購物

27號的時候有上來問版友
我剛開始使用的新PAYPAL帳號 才收款第三次就被鎖了
我在28號的時候就將paypal要求我的資料給fax過去
我傳真了護照.帳單地址.信用卡與身分證資料

今天又收到paypal寄來的通知
他們說之前收到的資料無法讓我解除限制
要求我提供更進一步的資料

- Fax a copy of your driver's license/passport. Please make the copy of
this as large and as light as possible.

- Fax Tracking information for the last three payments received into
your
PayPal account.

- Fax copies of the original bills of sale or invoices referencing the
items you are selling along with the name and telephone number of your
supplier(s) for the following transactions: 7DF42454LW641074K,
2UW41578UW840061B and 111640657K418564M

請問第一項 他是要我傳真駕照或護照擇一 還是兩樣都要?

請問第二項 是要我提供那三個收款(他們認為我有出售商品)的tracking number嗎

請問第三項 這項該怎麼辦才好 因是我是買paypal balance 並沒有出售商品
自然也沒有那三個交易"物品"的原始帳單


如果這次我無法提供完整的證明資料 導致paypal不解除我被鎖定的帳號
請問帳號內的錢會就此被凍結嗎? 日後再也無法拿回嗎?
