今天收到團購買的熊熊大衣，也是我第一件風衣，我注意到它領口兩邊都有鉤子

拿來鉤大衣上的鉤子也不太像，不知是什麼用途，鉤絲巾嗎??
還是說純粹裝飾罷了?
