在ebay下錯標 - 海外購物

前陣子我試著用 microsoft cash back買東西
第一次一切都相當順利

但是...第二次用同樣的方法連到 eaby 後
卻出了問題 /__\

原本因該會有兩次的確認頁面 才會真正送出競標
結果 第二次居然沒有第二個確認頁
也沒有 cash back 跳出來
就顯示我買到商品了 @@

當下我馬上寫信給賣家
請他移除我的下標
但是他回信給我
"i CAN'T CANCEL YOUR BID YOU HAVE TO DO IT THRU EBAY"
之後商品就結標了

我又嘗試聯絡賣家兩三次
告訴他為什麼發生下錯標的狀況

I placed the order with live.com in order to get cash back on this purchase.
But somehow the webpage didn't link correctly, therefore I was accidently
placed the bid without discount (there should be two confirm pages before
placing a bid w/ cash back) and I couldn't afford the amount of oringal
price. Please withdraw the order, thank you.

賣家只回覆我

I have no way of withdrewing the order i have to file a unpaid item dispute
to get my seller fee back.

請問我現在應該要怎麼辦 Q___Q !?

我不是惡意要棄標的.....
如果他願意取消這一筆
我可以再下標一次
因為少了那些 cash back 價錢差很多
付完我這個月就不用生活了阿!
