加拿大賣家奇怪的收款規定?? - 海外購物

我前幾天跟加拿大一個賣家

在ebay上面買了個東西 也不是多貴的東西 幾百美金

但是他昨天來信告訴我

他只接受 註冊在中國大陸的ebay 或是地址已經確認在大陸無誤的paypal帳戶付款

I can only accept money through paypal if the buyer has confirmed address,

also your account is new and your address is from china,

這樣不是很怪異嗎?? 大陸交易出差錯的人比台灣多太多耶= =


which is outside of the paypal seller protection area.

上面這一句我就看不懂了 連著上面兩句 不知道是什麼意思


只好想請問 對方只接受這樣條件的paypal帳戶付款 是不是設陷阱呢??

還是很單純不想收其他國家paypal的付款??
